Printing
Printing: this involves the use of transfer papers. Designs or patterns are transferred from the papers to the selected substrates using heat and pressure generated by our machines. In general, presses are used for printing on cut pieces (textiles or rigid substrates), and calenders for printing continuous and roll materials. Monti Antonio also offers particularly advantageous machines that use the two systems independently. With the help of certain optional features, these machines can be used for 'crush' heatsetting, gold laminating and metallizing, PVC and PU embossing with release papers, transfer to PVC, and scale or snakeskin effects.
Reactivation: our presses and calenders are also used for reactivating inks applied direct to textiles by digital plotters or screen printing machines. Precise and faultless temperature control guarantees an excellent outcome of the reactivation process, as regards both the uniformity of the print and the penetration of the inks.
