Our exclusive Monti Antonio heating cylinders sistem, allows an excellent viscosity control of a wide range of films (mono and multi strates) and thermoplatics webs, pressure sensitive in bobbin, ensuring an homogeneous and constant bonding.
The wide range of reachable temperatures with our cylinders (room temperature -230°C) allows to easy manage film and web of various composition and can be activated at different working temperatures.

• Regolable working pressure:
- Pneumatic machines: thanks to specific pneumatic pressing rolls we are able to regulate easily and with precision working pressure up to 12/14 Kg for linear centimeter
- Hydraulic machines: we developed this series of high pressure calenders specifically for applications which needs the use of special hydraulic pressing cylinders with adjustable pressure up to 60 Kg for linear centimeter
